March 26, 2026 – ATLANTA – GA Human Driven AI (HDAI) appointed Katherine Morales, APR as Vice President, Human + AI Operations & Governance, a role focused on one of the most urgent challenges organizations face today: turning AI into something that actually works at scale.
Since joining HDAI six months ago, Katherine has played a critical role in strengthening both client delivery and internal operations. Her work has focused on translating AI from concept to execution, helping organizations implement governance frameworks, operational workflows, and scalable systems that support long-term adoption.
Jennifer Jones-Mitchell, CEO of Human Driven AI, created the role to reflect a clear point of view on where organizations are struggling most:
“AI does not fail because of the technology. It fails because organizations lack the operational structure and governance to support it. Most companies are still treating AI as a tool layer, when in reality it requires integrating AI into how work already gets done.”
She added that Katherine’s background brings a critical and often overlooked dimension to this work:
“Our shared background in public relations and communications, is a strategic advantage in the AI era that informs our work. As AI models increasingly shape how information is surfaced, cited, and trusted, understanding media, messaging, and narrative development becomes essential…”
Known for her authentic leadership style and operational mindset, Katherine brings a combination of clarity, adaptability, and problem-solving that is critical to this role.
She is a natural problem solver, drawn to complex challenges and motivated by building structure where it does not yet exist. She is also known for stepping in wherever needed to move work forward, ensuring both teams and clients maintain momentum.
That combination is rare and foundational to the role. Because this position is not about managing AI. It is about building the operational foundation most organizations skip:
→ Systems that scale without breaking
→ Workflows that teams actually use
→ Governance that works in practice, not just on paper
And doing it in a way that real teams can actually adopt.
That’s where most organizations struggle. It’s where Human Driven AI thrives.

What This Role Delivers
Katherine will lead four key areas across Human Driven AI:
Operational Architecture & Scaling
Designing the systems, documentation standards, and coordination models required to deliver consistently and scale effectively
Human + AI Workflow Design
Building practical models for how teams integrate AI into real work, ensuring training translates into sustained adoption
Client Engagement & Governance Leadership
Overseeing end-to-end delivery while leading the development of governance, policy, and AI protocol frameworks across client organizations
Brand & Offering Evolution
Co-leading the development of HDAI’s thought leadership, service offerings, and market positioning as Human + AI adoption matures
Why This Matters
As AI adoption accelerates, organizations are discovering that access to tools is not the barrier. Execution is.
Katherine’s role is designed to close that gap, ensuring that strategy, operations, and governance work together to support long-term adoption.
So, join us in congratulating Katherine on this newly formed role. This is a foundational step in HDAI’s continued growth and in helping clients move from isolated use cases to fully integrated Human + AI operations.
