Founder & CEO
Jennifer Jones-Mitchell is a 30-year marketing, communications, and public relations leader who has helped organizations navigate change, build influence, and drive growth.
Before founding Human Driven AI, Jennifer served as President of The Brandware Group and held leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected agencies, including Ogilvy, Porter Novelli, and Publicis. Throughout her career, she has led teams, managed complex communications programs, overseen multi-million-dollar client portfolios, and helped organizations adapt to evolving technologies and market shifts.
Today, Jennifer works with organizations to transform AI from a technology initiative into a practical business advantage. Her expertise spans AI adoption, workflow transformation, governance, communications strategy, thought leadership, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Jennifer is a frequent speaker, trainer, and advisor helping organizations understand how AI can improve the way work gets done, without losing the human expertise that drives meaningful results.
Dr. David Mitchell

JDr. David Mitchell brings more than three decades of experience in higher education, leadership, workforce development, and organizational learning.
Throughout his career, David has helped students, educators, administrators, and professionals develop new skills, navigate change, and embrace emerging technologies.
His expertise in adult learning and instructional design plays a critical role in helping organizations successfully adopt AI.
At Human Driven AI, David leads the development of educational frameworks, certification programs, learning experiences, and training methodologies designed to improve understanding, confidence, and long-term adoption.
His practical, learner-focused approach helps organizations ensure AI becomes part of everyday work rather than another short-lived initiative. His courses are used in colleges and universities across North America.
Katherine Morales, APR

Katherine Morales, APR, specializes in helping organizations build the operational foundations necessary for successful and responsible AI adoption.
With extensive experience in communications, organizational operations, governance, and process improvement, Katherine helps clients move beyond experimentation by creating the structures that support long-term success.
Her work focuses on AI governance, policy development, workflow design, operational readiness, risk management, and adoption planning. She works closely with clients to identify opportunities for AI integration while ensuring appropriate oversight, accountability, and quality control remain in place.
