Services

The business consulting site Human Driven AI provides consulting and training services to clients as described on the website. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services at any time without prior notice.


Payments

Clients agree to pay for the services provided by Human Driven AI using, check, direct wire payments, or a valid credit card. Human Driven AI accepts major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. By providing credit card information, the Client authorizes Human Driven AI to charge the card for the agreed-upon services.


Pricing, Refunds and Chargebacks

The prices for the consulting services are listed in contracts, proposals and Statements of Work. Human Driven AI reserves the right to offer promotional discounts or change its pricing structure at any time.

Refunds for the consulting services are only available if the Client cancels the service within 24 hours of the initial purchase. After this period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

In the event of a chargeback, HDAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s access to the consulting services. The Client agrees to pay any chargeback fees incurred by Human Driven AI.


Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Indemnification

Human Driven AI agrees to keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the Client’s written consent, except as required by law.

All content provided by Human Driven AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos of training sessions is the property of HDAI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Human Driven AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or the inability to use its services.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Human Driven AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the consulting services.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
