AI marketing startup Needle raises US$1.2 million in pre-seed funding

In case you still aren’t ready to embrace AI in your marketing efforts, you should note that AI-focused start-ups are securing funding with ease. Needle, which uses generative AI to streamline the process of creating ad campaigns for eCommerce brands, just secured $1.2 million in pre-seed funding.

The Singapore-based company was co-founded in 2022 by chief executive Kiyan Foroughi, chief operating officer Serene Gan, chief growth officer Jeannie Nguyen and head of product Rachelle Yee. All four had previous experience in the eCommerce industry.

Needle’s solutions include utilizing AI to draft e-mails, prepare for and launch campaigns, all in an effort to reduce overall marketing costs.
